Exkurze ve firmě Schreiber v Benešově

Na exkurzi jsme navštívili mlékárnu Schreiber v Benešově, kde se vyrábí známé mléčné výrobky jako Tesco mléčné výrobky, Activia, plnění cukrovinek do víček k různým jogurtům a všeobecně jogurty např: Kostíci. Na začátku nám pracovníci představili firmu, pustili nám video o její historii a současnosti a vysvětlili nám základní pravidla bezpečnosti, aby se během prohlídky nikomu nic nestalo.

Poté jsme se přesunuli do výrobních prostor. Prošli jsme si celou výrobu – od vzniku lahviček na mléčného nápoje přes jejich plnění, uzavírání, balení do obalů a krabic, až po samotnou expedici. Všechno jsme mohli vidět přímo v provozu, takže jsme viděli, jak jednotlivé stroje pracují.

Stejně podrobně jsme si prohlédli i výrobu jogurtu Activia – od vytvoření kelímku, přes naplnění jogurtem, nasazení víčka a etikety, až po finální zabalení. Dozvěděli jsme se také, že se zde vyrábí speciální Cream Cheese, o kterém nám průvodci řekli spoustu zajímavých informací o jeho složení i zpracování.

Celkově byla exkurze velmi zajímavá a přínosná. Viděli jsme, jak moderní technologie pomáhají při výrobě mléčných výrobků, které všichni dobře známe z obchodů.

Trip to the Schreiber Milk Factory in Benešov

Our school excursion took us to the Schreiber Milk Factory in Benešov. This company produces many popular milk products, such as Tesco dairy products, Activia, lids for different kinds of yoghurts, and yoghurts like Kostíky. At the beginning of the visit, the employees introduced the company to us, showed us a short video about its history and what the factory is like today, and explained some basic safety rules to make sure that nobody got hurt during the tour.

After that, we moved to the production area. We went through the whole process step by step – from making the bottles for milk drinks, to filling them, closing, and packing them into boxes. Finally, we saw how everything is prepared for transport to the shops. We could see the machines working right in front of us, which helped us understand how the products are made.

We also visited the part of the factory where Activia yoghurt is made. We saw how the cups are created, filled with yoghurt, covered with lids and labels, and then packed into cartons. It was interesting to see how fast and precise the whole process is.

The guides also told us about a special product made there – Cream Cheese. They explained how it is produced, what ingredients it contains, and what makes it unique. Many of us were surprised by how carefully everything is controlled to keep the quality high.

Overall, the excursion was very interesting and educational. We learned a lot about how modern machines and technologies help make the milk products we all know from shops. It was a great experience to see with our own eyes how something we usually just buy in the store is actually made.
